Annual Report – FY2019

It’s been four years since the Meetings Industry Fund was founded by a small group of meeting industry leaders that had a vision of helping individuals in any part of the meetings business when they face a crisis. We have helped many people during very tough times with financial support to keep a home, bury a loved one, finance overdue medical bills and help with dire situations people have faced. Our donors have been generous, and the Meetings Industry Fund is ready to assist those with the greatest need. We have received donations from industry organizations and their chapters, as well as corporate and individual donations.


Grant applications are evaluated by the Grants Review Committee, which is made up of leaders in the meetings industry. The Committee will ask for additional information (when necessary), and then make a recommendation to the Board of Directors.
